This software is easy to integrate with existing benefit carriers and HRIS systems. The customer support is amazing and very helpful.

I had a great experience with the implementation team. They were there for me every step of the way and helped me with the first 3 payrolls. I was really impressed with the tech support. Even during the busy months of January and February, I didn't have to wait long on hold to speak with someone. I wish all the other tech support companies I deal with were as good as this one.

Pros

I found the system easy to use, with a straightforward process for clocking in and out, and efficient data entry for weekly payroll. I especially appreciate the ability to make employees inactive rather than having to terminate them; this is very helpful when we have employees who are part of a union and their status changes throughout the year.

Cons

The cost is more expensive than our previous Ceridian payroll product, but we get more value for the money. As we add more features to the program, such as performance management, it will be worth the extra cost.

Dayforce is a good system to use, but it has a lot of hidden issues. I don't like the customer support, but there are a lot of ways to find solutions on your own to avoid contacting customer support and spending a lot of the company's money.

Pros

The features of Dayforce are easy to use for both managers and employees. It has a sleek look and doesn't require a lot of effort to learn how to use it. We are currently implementing document management and it seems to be simple and effective. I find Dayforce great and frustrating; there are so many good features with Dayforce that I'm looking forward to using, but I do find the system to be pretty convoluted. In order to fix ONE thing, I have to go through two to three different outlets within the system to make sure those work before this one thing is fixed. I do wish I had more positive things to say about Dayforce, but it's not the worst system I've used.

Cons

The customer support forums are helpful, but it can be hit and miss with the customer support representatives. Sometimes I get a helpful representative who provides guides or reasonable answers within a good amount of time. Other times, I get a representative who takes too long to answer or find out what the issue is, doesn't communicate, or doesn't initially fix the issue, causing more time and money for the business.
