ilert is a comprehensive, AI-first incident management platform specifically designed to revolutionize how modern teams handle IT incidents and service disruptions. Built from the ground up as a single, integrated application, ilert covers the entire incident response lifecycle while maintaining a focus on privacy and keeping humans in control of critical decisions. The platform distinguishes itself through its intelligent agents that augment team capabilities rather than replacing human expertise, ensuring that organizations can respond to incidents faster and more effectively. With its cloud-based architecture, ilert provides reliable and actionable alerting through multiple channels, including voice calls, SMS, and push notifications, allowing team members to acknowledge and respond to incidents without needing to log into separate systems. The platform has gained significant traction among industry leaders who rely on it to achieve 99.9% uptime, with customers reporting substantial improvements in both Mean Time To Acknowledge (MTTA) and Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR) incidents. The core functionality of ilert encompasses several critical areas of incident management, starting with sophisticated on-call management that ensures the right person is always alerted through automated schedules and escalation paths. The platform features advanced call routing capabilities that direct incoming calls efficiently based on predefined schedules and escalation rules, ensuring prompt incident response. Communication is streamlined through integrated status pages that allow organizations to build trust and communicate incidents to stakeholders in seconds, connected directly to their infrastructure. ilert's ChatOps integration brings collaboration tools like Slack into the incident response workflow, enabling seamless communication and decision-making within familiar chat channels. What sets ilert apart is its suite of AI-powered features, including an on-call schedule assistant that uses a chat-like interface to help teams create ready-to-use on-call calendars, and an AI Voice Agent that serves as a first responder for incoming calls, gathering key incident details and informing on-call engineers. The platform's crown jewel is ilert Responder, an intelligent agent that analyzes incidents in real-time by connecting to observability stacks, investigating alerts across systems, identifying root causes and similar past incidents, and suggesting actionable insights including potential responders, rollback paths, or related services. Implementation and integration capabilities make ilert accessible to organizations of all sizes, with seamless connections to existing tools through pre-built integrations or simple email setup. The platform integrates with a wide range of monitoring, ticketing, chat, and collaboration tools, allowing teams to incorporate ilert into their existing workflows without disruption. Organizations using ilert report significant operational improvements, with one Chief Technology Officer noting that they use the platform "to fix problems sooner than customers realize them," giving engineering and operations teams confidence in their response times. IKEA's Engineering Manager specifically highlighted how ilert helped them "significantly reduce both MTTR & MTTA over the last 3 years," emphasizing that the collaboration with ilert's team makes the difference. The platform's success is further evidenced by its expansion within organizations, with managers reporting that other teams are actively exploring ilert adoption after seeing its effectiveness. With its combination of AI-powered automation, comprehensive incident management features, and strong focus on keeping humans in control while augmenting their capabilities, ilert represents a modern approach to incident management that helps organizations maintain high availability and customer trust while reducing the stress and complexity traditionally associated with incident response.
ilert distinguishes itself from competitors in the incident management and alerting space through a combination of reliability, flexibility, and user-centric design. One of its standout features is its robust multi-channel alerting system, which ensures that critical notifications reach the right personnel via voice calls, SMS, push notifications, email, and integrations with popular collaboration platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams. This versatility significantly reduces the risk of missed alerts, a common issue with less integrated systems. Moreover, ilert’s intelligent routing and escalation policies allow teams to customize workflows that match their operational needs, ensuring that incidents are handled swiftly and efficiently. Another key advantage of ilert is its seamless integration ecosystem. With support for over 100 tools—including monitoring systems like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, as well as ticketing platforms like Jira and Zendesk ilert fits naturally into existing DevOps and IT workflows. This reduces onboarding friction and allows teams to leverage their current infrastructure without major overhauls. Additionally, ilert’s intuitive on-call scheduling and override features empower teams to manage shifts and responsibilities with minimal administrative overhead, which is especially valuable for organizations with complex or rotating schedules. ilert also places a strong emphasis on transparency and stakeholder communication. Its real-time status pages enable organizations to keep customers and internal teams informed during outages or service disruptions, fostering trust and reducing support load. Unlike some competitors that treat status pages as an afterthought, ilert integrates them directly into the incident lifecycle, making communication a core part of the response strategy. Furthermore, ilert’s commitment to data privacy and compliance, being developed and hosted in Germany, offers peace of mind to organizations operating in regulated industries or regions with strict data protection laws. ilert’s user experience is consistently praised for its simplicity and effectiveness. The platform is designed to be intuitive for both technical and non-technical users, which accelerates adoption and reduces training time. Combined with responsive customer support and a clear pricing model, ilert offers a compelling value proposition for teams seeking a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly incident management solution. These strengths collectively position ilert as a superior choice for organizations that prioritize uptime, operational efficiency, and customer trust.

Does the ilert platform use AI? And where?
Yes, the iLert platform does use AI, and it's integrated across several key areas to enhance incident management. Here's how and where AI is utilized:
iLert uses AI to simplify the creation of on-call schedules. Instead of manually configuring shifts and rotations, users can describe their scheduling needs in natural language, and iLert AI automatically generates the schedule.
AI helps craft precise and timely incident messages. When an incident occurs, users can input a summary, and iLert AI generates detailed incident reports and updates. It also predicts which services are affected based on context.
After incidents, iLert AI automatically generates postmortem reports, reducing the manual effort required and ensuring consistency in documentation.
iLert AI intelligently merges similar alerts to reduce noise. It utilizes content similarity thresholds to determine when alerts should be grouped, enabling teams to focus on the most relevant issues.
