We work in the retail business and have retail counters all throughout India, thus installing Bio Metric Machines at each store and registering all employees at the local level is tough since we need to capture their finger prints to collect attendance. So we deployed out this software overnight and can now monitor staff attendance. We also conduct surprise attendance of all employees to determine if they are currently in store or not. Truein allows us to easily compile our monthly attendance, which was previously challenging for us.

Pros

The finest feature of Truein is Attendance using Face Recognition without the need for expensive hardware because the employee may use his phone to collect attendance with the aid of Geo Tag.

Truein is helping me manage attendance better. Employees can mark their attendance even when they're working remotely. I can see exactly where field staff are when they clock out from locations outside the office.

Pros

Truein is a time tracking tool that is easy to use, offers accurate timesheets and reports, and has a robust geolocation function and activity punch feature. This allows employees to clock in and out at multiple locations, which helps identify discrepancies in clock-ins and outs, and ensures accurate work hours even with staff taking breaks.

Cons

The only suggestion I have is to add a working option for Saturdays. Right now, the monthly report displays POW instead of P because of this. So, I have to calculate the instances of Absents and Presents myself.

The Truein system allows us to track attendance and overtime for our on-site personnel, and we can connect this information to our payroll system. This is a much more secure and reliable system than relying on individuals to track this information.

Pros

This software is easy to set up and use, and it comes with great customer support. It's also easy to integrate with payroll software. The best part is the kiosk feature, which makes it easy to get food.

Cons

I have not encountered any issues so far.
