Business impact: Many describe PSP as “life changing,” citing enhanced professionalism, growth support, and better client control over bookings.
Mobile and reporting strength: The GPS check-in/out and instant visit reports are popular (“approximate GPS is fantastic”), offering transparency for clients and staff.
Operational efficiency: Users mention that the software eliminated Friday night texts about scheduling, enabled bulk invoicing and drag-and-drop scheduling, saving significant time and reducing admin effort.
Outstanding customer service: “The team are wonderful … never had to wait,” “customer service has been spot on,” along with praise for a responsive help tab and helpful coaching.
Limited customization in specifics: Some highlight constraints in customizing minor aspects like templates or layout elements.
Minor technical issues: A few users report bugs, such as email misattachments or voice form quotes not sending correctly.
Complex learning curve: Many note that advanced functionalities—such as setting up recurring invoicing or configuring templates—take time to learn. “Not hyper intuitive,” though mitigated by helpful support.
