GroSum FastTrack Evaluations security measures:

1. Encryption: GroSum uses 2-way Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit encryption to protect data both at rest and in transit. This is a highly secure encryption standard widely used to safeguard sensitive information.

2. Access Controls: The software implements strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive data. This includes role-based access controls and strong authentication mechanisms.

3. Regular Backups and Data Recovery: GroSum performs regular backups and has data recovery procedures in place to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity in case of any incidents.

4. Incident Management: The platform has incident management procedures to quickly address and mitigate any security breaches or data loss incidents.

5. Compliance with Security Standards: GroSum adheres to industry best practices and standards for information security, ensuring that the platform is secure and reliable.

1. Regular Updates: GroSum ensures that the software is kept up-to-date with the latest features and security patches. Regular updates are part of their commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient platform.

2. Managed Services: The software includes managed services, which likely cover the deployment of updates and patches. This ensures that updates are applied seamlessly without disrupting the users' workflow.

3. User Notifications: Users are typically notified about upcoming updates and any potential downtime required for the update process. This helps in planning and minimizing any impact on business operations.

Data Ownership:

• GroSum's policy on data ownership ensures that the customer retains full ownership of their data. This means that any data created, collected, or stored within the GroSum platform remains the property of the customer.

• The platform acts as a custodian of the data, providing secure storage and management but not claiming ownership rights over the data.

Data Portability:

• GroSum supports data portability, allowing customers to export their data in a usable format. This ensures that customers can transfer their data to other systems or platforms if needed.

• The ability to export data is crucial for maintaining control over data and ensuring that it can be moved or backed up as required by the customer.

1. Scalability:

• GroSum is designed to be scalable, allowing organizations to easily increase or decrease the number of users or the scope of services as their needs evolve.

• This flexibility ensures that the software can grow with the organization or be adjusted during periods of downsizing.

1. Adjustable Plans:

• Organizations can adjust their subscription plans based on their current requirements. This includes adding or removing features, increasing or decreasing the number of users, and modifying the level of support.

• Such adjustments can typically be made on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription terms.

1. Cost Adjustments:

• The cost of the subscription will be adjusted according to the changes in the plan. For example, scaling up by adding more users or features will increase the subscription cost, while scaling down will reduce it.

• This ensures that organizations only pay for what they need and can manage their budgets effectively.

1. Support for Transitions: GroSum provides support during transitions, whether scaling up or down. This includes assistance with data migration, user training, and system configuration to ensure a smooth adjustment process.

1. Cancellation Notice Period: Requests for cancellation must be received no later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period. If the request is received later than this, it will be treated as a cancellation for the next service period.

2. Automatic Renewals: Contracts may automatically renew unless a cancellation request is submitted within the specified notice period. This is a common practice in subscription-based services to ensure continuity unless explicitly canceled by the customer.

3. Fair Terms and Conditions: It is important for companies to provide clear information about how and when contracts will be renewed. Customers should be reminded a reasonable time before the renewal date and given clear instructions on how to cancel if they do not wish to renew.

Terms that require excessively long notice periods or impose financial penalties for cancellation close to the renewal date may be considered unfair.

1. OWASP Compliance: GroSum is compliant with the OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) 2015 Security Risks, which is a set of guidelines and best practices for web application security.

2. Encryption Standards: The software uses 2-way Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit encryption to protect data. This is a robust encryption standard widely used to secure sensitive information.

3. ISO 9001:2015: ISO 9001:2015 is a common standard for quality management systems that many software companies adhere to. It covers management responsibilities, resource oversight, and requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS).
