Cancellation Process: Users can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting Foxit support. There is no additional cancellation fee, but users are responsible for initiating the cancellation process.

No refunds are issued after the auto-renewal goes through, and cancellations after 30 days from signing up are not eligible for a refund. If a refund is granted under special circumstances within the 30-day period, any usage and special services rendered will be deducted from the refund amount, along with card processing charges.
