Criteria's implementation process is designed to be quick and user-friendly, ensuring organizations can begin assessing candidates efficiently. The timeline typically depends on the size of the organization and the complexity of integration with existing systems.
Key Steps in the Implementation Process:
Initial Onboarding & Needs Assessment: Criteria begins with a discovery session to understand the organization’s hiring goals, job roles, and key performance indicators.
Platform Setup: Account setup includes configuring user access, setting up hiring workflows, and customizing the assessment catalog relevant to the roles.
Integration (if required): Integration with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) or other HR tools can be implemented. This can take additional time depending on the system.
Training & Enablement: Admins and hiring managers receive training through webinars, onboarding sessions, or guided walkthroughs to familiarize them with the tools.
Pilot Testing (Optional): Some clients choose to run a pilot phase to test assessments internally before rolling out company-wide.
Go-Live: Once systems are configured and training is complete, the platform goes live for use in active recruitment cycles.
Typical Timeframe:
Basic setup and onboarding: 1–2 weeks
With ATS integration: 2–4 weeks
Enterprise-level rollouts: Up to 6 weeks, especially with multiple custom configurations

The terms & conditions for contract renewal and cancellation
Criteria offers flexible contractual arrangements to suit the needs of different organizations. Terms for renewal and cancellation vary slightly depending on the subscription level (monthly vs. annual) and the size of the organization, but are designed to offer transparency and control for clients.
Key Terms and Conditions:
Automatic Renewal: Most contracts, particularly annual plans, include an automatic renewal clause. Unless otherwise specified or terminated in writing, the agreement renews for the same term and under similar pricing conditions.
Notice Period for Cancellation: Clients are typically required to provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Some enterprise contracts may require longer notice, as defined in the service agreement.
No Mid-Term Cancellation for Annual Plans: For annual agreements, early termination is generally not permitted without financial penalty. Clients are expected to fulfill the full contract term unless a specific termination clause is activated (e.g., breach of contract).
Monthly Plans Flexibility: Organizations using monthly plans often have greater flexibility, with the ability to cancel before the next billing cycle without penalties, depending on the terms selected.
Early Termination Fees (if applicable): In some cases, especially with discounted or custom contracts, early termination may result in prorated fees or the obligation to pay for unused minimum commitments.
Contract Modification Terms: Clients may request to modify their plan or scale it up or down mid-term, subject to mutual agreement and possible contract amendments.
Service Termination Process: Once cancellation is confirmed, access to the platform will be disabled at the end of the current contract period, and clients may request data export or deletion.
