Primetric often communicates these updates through the platform interface or support channels, ensuring transparency.

Data Ownership

• Individuals and organizations own their personal and operational data stored in Primetric systems; Primetric serves only as a processor and custodian, not an owner.

• Primetric restricts the processing of personally identifiable information (PII) to only those cases permitted by law or specific contractual obligations, and all data management is governed by the company’s published privacy policy.
