Non-Renewal and Termination:

• Either party may elect to terminate maintenance and support services by notifying the other in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the initial fifteen (15) month period or any twelve (12) month renewal period thereafter.

Refund Policy:

• For subscription-based plans, a full refund will be issued if Edify has not resolved any issues within the first 15 days of the subscription. If there are resolved issues, the fees for the subscription service will not be refundable. Edify may, at its discretion, agree to a refund after deducting charges for services provided.

Early Termination Fees:

Reinstatement of Services:

• Reinstatement of lapsed maintenance and support services is subject to payment of Edify's reinstatement fees in effect on the date the customer re-orders these services.
