The terms & conditions for contract renewal and cancellation
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions under the Recurring Payment Plan will automatically renew for a month unless notified otherwise by the user. Users must contact Edify at least 30 days prior to the subscription end date to opt out of auto-renewal.
Non-Renewal and Termination:
Either party may elect to terminate maintenance and support services by notifying the other in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the initial fifteen (15) month period or any twelve (12) month renewal period thereafter.
Refund Policy:
For subscription-based plans, a full refund will be issued if Edify has not resolved any issues within the first 15 days of the subscription.
