Diver Platform
بواسطة Dimensional Insight, Inc
Ease of Use & Low Learning Curve: The platform has a very low learning curve for new end-users, making it easy for non-technical staff to quickly become "data talkers." It is often described as simple to train on and use.
Performance & Speed: It is noted for being a rock solid analytics platform that provides fast, reliable, and actionable information. Its proprietary architecture (using a columnar database and the Spectre data engine) is praised for delivering lightning speed results even with large datasets.
Robust Functionality & Completeness: Many users appreciate that Diver is an all-inclusive, end-to-end platform that combines data integration (ETL), data management, and analytics/visualization in a single solution, eliminating the need for multiple vendor tools.
Customer Service & Support: The service and support from Dimensional Insight are consistently rated as excellent and exceptional by long-time users.
High ROI & Business Value: Customers frequently report a fast return on investment (ROI), with the platform quickly paying for itself by reducing time spent on report production, highlighting areas of concern, and enabling better business decisions.
Flexibility & Analytics: Reviewers find it to be a really flexible tool that supports ad hoc analysis without the limitations of predefined drill paths, allowing users to transform data into meaningful stories.
User Interface (UI) Appearance: The most consistent complaint is that the interface, particularly for some components, has an "MS DOS look to it" or an antiquated appearance, which can be a turn-off for some potential users.
Unwillingness to Evolve: A critical review frequently cited is the software's "unwillingness to evolve with market trends" among competitors, which some feel undermines its advanced customization features.
Advanced Customization: Advanced customization features are sometimes criticized for being undermined by the slower evolution or lack of modern design, making detailed development less intuitive than some alternatives.
