Any sharing of data with vendors or service providers is strictly for delivering and maintaining Zoomforth’s services, and these third parties are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by Zoomforth and by privacy policies.
Upon account closure or contract termination, customers have the right to retrieve their data. Zoomforth provides a 90-day window after contract termination for customers to download any data or collateral from the platform and to export the site code for any microsites they wish to retain.
After this period, access to the account and data is revoked, though Zoomforth may retain some information for recordkeeping, analytics, or legal compliance as specified in their privacy policy.

Adding Users or Features (Scaling Up)
You can purchase additional user seats or add-ons (such as custom domains or integrations) at any time during your contract term.
Any additional services purchased mid-term are charged on a prorated basis and will renew on the same date as your original agreement.
Reducing Users or Features (Scaling Down)
If you need to reduce the number of user seats or cancel add-on services, you can do so by providing thirty (30) days’ notice ahead of your next renewal date.
Reductions take effect at the next renewal; you cannot reduce seats or remove add-ons immediately within the current term.
To cancel your Zoomforth account entirely, you must also give thirty (30) days’ notice before your renewal date. If you do not provide notice in time, your license and add-ons will renew for another 12 months.
Contract Term and Renewal
Contracts have a minimum term of 12 months, with the option to pay quarterly or annually. Discounts are available for longer-term commitments.
At the end of the contract term, your license and any add-ons will automatically renew for another 12 months unless you cancel with sufficient notice.
Additional services (like user seats or add-ons) purchased mid-term are charged on a prorated basis and will renew on the same date as your original agreement.
Notice Period for Cancellation or Changes
To cancel your Zoomforth account or reduce the number of seats or add-ons, you must provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice before your renewal date.
If you do not provide notice within this period, your contract and all associated services will renew automatically for another 12 months.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are Net 30, and you can pay by wire transfer, bill.com, credit card, or (by mutual agreement) check.
Account and Data Handling After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will have 90 days to retrieve any data or collateral from the platform and to export the site code for any microsites you wish to retain.
After these 90 days, Zoomforth will delete your account and all associated sites, assets, and data, and will confirm when deletion has occurred.
Mid-Term Adjustments
You can add user seats or services at any time, which will be billed prorated for the remainder of the term.
