Zomato does not directly sell software to customers. Instead, it operates a food delivery platform and charges commission fees to restaurant partners for orders placed through its platform. Here are some key points about Zomato's pricing model: Zomato typically charges restaurants a commission fee ranging from 15-25% on each order placed through its platform. The exact commission rate can vary based on factors like the restaurant's location, order volume, and specific agreements. Additionally, Zomato may charge delivery fees to customers for food orders, which contribute to its overall revenue stream. The company also generates revenue through advertising services, where restaurants pay for enhanced visibility, promotions, and premium listings on the Zomato platform. While the core Zomato app is free for users, the company offers a paid Zomato Gold subscription program that provides exclusive discounts and benefits at partner restaurants for a recurring fee.
