Centralized Strategy Management: Users appreciate that the software serves as a single, central location for all strategic elements—Vision, Mission, goals, measures, tasks, and KPIs. This moves the strategy out of scattered documents (like Excel or PowerPoint) and makes it visible to the entire team.
Ease of Use and Intuitiveness: The software is noted for its simple, self-explanatory operation that is highly intuitive. User testimonials state that no extensive onboarding or training is needed, making adoption quick and easy for employees.
Transparency and Progress Tracking: It makes the progress of strategy implementation transparent for every user in real-time. The clear dashboard allows managers to see at a glance who is responsible for which tasks and how close goals are to being achieved.
Focus on Methodology: The tool is often described as "extremely lean and very efficient," with the emphasis placed correctly on the strategic methodology (like OKR) rather than on an overload of complex features.
Improved Decision-Making: By clearly showing which measures are working and which are not, the software helps managers meet better decisions, redistribute resources in a targeted manner, and course-correct in time.
Responsive Development: One testimonial specifically noted being a customer from the beginning and being "enthusiastic about how quickly suggestions for improvement are discussed and implemented," suggesting a strong developer-customer relationship.
Focus on Goal Setting vs. Project Management: As a pure goal management tool, it may lack the depth of features required by users who need integrated resource management, complex task dependencies, or financial forecasting that are found in dedicated Project Portfolio Management (PPM) suites.
Low Global Validation: The lack of a high volume of global, third-party reviews makes it difficult for potential customers to judge its long-term performance, scalability, and support quality compared to widely reviewed international alternatives (like ClearPoint or Aha!).
