Wwise software, developed by Audiokinetic, offers a range of pricing plans tailored to different project budgets and needs. The Indie plan is free for projects with a production budget up to $250,000, providing full platform access and unlimited sounds. For projects with a budget between $250,000 and $2 million, the Pro license costs $7,000 for the first platform and $3,500 for each additional platform. The Premium license, suitable for projects with no budget cap, is priced at $22,000 for the first platform and $15,000 for additional platforms, including unlimited standard support for one year. The Platinum license costs $40,000 for the first platform and $20,000 for additional platforms, offering extended support and all Audiokinetic-developed premium plug-ins. Additionally, Wwise provides a Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) license for free until the game's launch, followed by a monthly fee based on revenue, and separate licenses for downloadable content (DLC) that require renewal every 12 months.
