Ease of Use (No-Code Builder): This is the most praised feature. Users love the intuitive, visual drag-and-drop flow builder, which allows non-technical users to design and deploy complex chatbots quickly without writing any code.
Exceptional Customer Support: WotNot's support team is frequently highlighted as "prompt," "helpful," and "fantastic." They are noted for quick response times and proactive assistance with implementation, development, and troubleshooting.
Seamless Integrations (General): The platform is praised for its ability to integrate with popular marketing, sales, and CRM tools (like HubSpot and Salesforce), allowing for streamlined data synchronization and workflow automation.
Omni-Channel Deployment: Users appreciate the ability to build a bot once and deploy it across various messaging channels—including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger—all managed from a single console.
Live Chat Handoff & Features: The functionality for a seamless human handoff from the bot to a live agent is rated highly. The platform also supports robust features like multi-language support, custom branding, and detailed analytics.
Integration Gaps & Issues (Specific): Despite general praise for integrations, some users report facing issues with specific connections being "challenging" or "time-consuming" to set up. There is a perceived lack of deep, direct integrations for certain niche platforms compared to competitors.
Limited Advanced Customization: While the no-code builder is great for flow creation, users looking for highly advanced customizations or very specific business logic (beyond the available blocks) sometimes feel limited, potentially requiring developer time for API work.
Occasional Bugs/Performance Lags: Minor complaints mention encountering occasional bugs within the platform or performance lags, which can disrupt functionality or delay chatbot responses.
