Training the Agent: Users can train their agents using intents, entities, and a knowledge base. This step involves uploading data from websites or documents and setting up triggers for different user inputs. Training can take around 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the amount of data and complexity.
Testing and Deployment: After building and training the agent, users can test it directly within Voiceflow using the "Run" feature. Once satisfied, the agent can be deployed to a website or other platforms. Deployment typically takes about 10-30 minutes, depending on the integration complexity.
Customization and Integration: Users can further customize their agents by integrating them with other tools like Salesforce, Shopify, or Zendesk. This step may require additional time, typically ranging from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the specific integrations needed.
