By TigerConnect
TigerConnect is widely recognized as a leader in the clinical communication and collaboration (CC&C) space, empowering hospitals, health systems, and medical practices to unify messaging, alerting, workflow automation, and patient engagement on a single secure cloud platform. The company’s mission-driven approach—bringing real-time, HIPAA-compliant communication and streamlined workflows to healthcare—has positioned it as one of the most trusted and fastest-growing healthcare software vendors in North America and beyond.
TigerConnect is a cloud-native collaboration platform focused on improving care team efficiency, care transitions, and patient outcomes. The solution provides secure messaging, voice and video, alarm and event management, AI-driven workflow automation (CareConduit), patient engagement (TigerTouch), physician scheduling (TigerSchedule), and advanced analytics. Its design serves the entire continuum—from hospitals and clinics to ambulatory, post-acute, and home care providers—by connecting all roles, locations, and systems under one communication layer.
Founded in 2010 in Santa Monica, California, by Dr. Andrew Brooks, Brad Brooks, and Jeffrey Evans (originally as TigerText), TigerConnect began by addressing the critical need for secure, fast, and mobile messaging in healthcare organizations. The company quickly expanded from clinical texting into enterprise-grade CC&C, steadily adding integrations, workflow automation, and patient engagement innovations. TigerConnect accelerated growth through strong US market penetration, partnerships with leading EHR vendors, and expansion into international regions.
TigerConnect is privately held and has raised over $494 million in venture capital funding, including major investment rounds from Vista Equity Partners. The company leverages this capital for continuous R&D, product expansion, and targeted acquisitions. Its steady, customer-driven revenue growth and blue-chip client list have positioned TigerConnect among the highest-valued private healthtech SaaS companies as of 2025
The TigerConnect suite includes:
Real-time secure messaging (text, voice, video; on web, desktop, mobile)
AI-powered workflow automation and notification routing through CareConduit
Smart alarm/event management and escalation
Physician on-call and shift scheduling (TigerSchedule)
Patient messaging, reminders, and telehealth tools (TigerTouch)
EHR, nurse call, alarm middleware, and directory integrations
Fully configurable roles, teams, and notification policies
Analytics and dashboards for monitoring response times, alarm fatigue, and throughput
Recent years brought the launch of CareConduit, which uses AI to unify workflows and automate routing of actionable notifications from EHRs, nurse call, and medical devices. Role-based scheduling with TigerSchedule, new patient coordination portals for outbound transfers, advanced message analytics, inbox management, dynamic notification rules, and ongoing enhancements for compliance (GDPR, HITRUST alignment, SOC 2) reflect TigerConnect’s aggressive pace of innovation. Regular product launches, webinars, and knowledge sharing drive fast customer adoption of new capabilities.
TigerConnect is deeply mission-driven, blending Silicon Valley innovation values with healthcare’s patient safety ethos. The culture prioritizes inclusivity, continuous learning, and user partnership—reflecting in customer-focused R&D, accessible support, and regular clinical advisory feedback loops. Employees work in agile, remote-enabled teams, with a premium on collaboration, resilience, and diversity. The company is consistently recognized for its ability to execute and for customer-centric delivery.
As of 2025, TigerConnect serves over 7,000 organizations (including thousands of hospitals and health systems, ambulatory networks, and post-acute providers) and hundreds of thousands of clinicians. Its user community shares best practices and clinical success stories via webinars, documentation, and expert forums, often collaborating directly with TigerConnect’s product and support teams. The platform earns top ratings and analyst accolades (Best in KLAS, Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, G2 Winter 2025 #1 in Clinical Communication), underscoring its widespread adoption and strong reputation for transforming clinical operations and outcomes.
