Strategy X applies a set of security measures to protect user data, complying with international standards and privacy regulations. The platform enforces strict access controls, ensuring personal and business data are only accessible to authorized personnel and stored securely in electronic databases or secure filing cabinets. All data is safeguarded against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure, with continuous evaluation and updates to the security policy as required by compliance mandates like the Data Privacy Act.
Strategy X supports ISO certifications, including ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, and 27701, and has passed SOC 2 Type 2 audits since 2018, confirming robust security and availability controls. The platform uses secure cloud and electronic storage infrastructures, employs appropriate data retention periods, and destroys records securely when no longer needed. Additionally, compliance management modules offer real-time tracking, audit trails, automated task assignment, and centralized documentation to minimize regulatory risks and enhance audit readiness. Clients can access and correct their data, and all information is processed with transparency and respect for legal rights.
Strategy X releases updates on a continuous delivery cadence across its web and mobile apps, so new features, improvements, and fixes are rolled out without customer-side installs or downtime windows. Updates are managed centrally by the StrategyX team and surfaced directly in-app with “What’s New” notes on the mobile app and guided enablement resources on the website, ensuring users can adopt changes quickly with minimal disruption to execution workflows. Change management is reinforced through demos, reports, and consultant check‑ins that help customers understand new capabilities, align setup, and adjust KPIs, projects, and processes as needed for ongoing value realization. For governance and auditability, organizations can rely on platform documentation and monthly consultant reviews to coordinate timing of feature adoption, update training materials, and confirm that dashboards and departmental scorecards remain accurate after each release cycle.
Strategy X policy ensures that users retain full ownership and control of their business, strategic, and personal data managed within the platform. The company explicitly states in its privacy policy that user data remains the property of the user or their organization, not the vendor, and will not be transferred, sold, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties except when required by law or with explicit consent.
For data portability, Strategy X allows users to request exports, corrections, or deletion of their data at any time using secure, authenticated channels. Data may be exported in formats suited for backup, reporting, or migration purposes, and any requests are processed in alignment with relevant data protection laws, such as GDPR for applicable regions. Users are also notified about potential cloud storage and cross-border processing, supporting compliance and transparency about where data physically resides. These policies help ensure continuity, flexibility, and user control, making it easy to move or manage strategic business data as organizational needs change.
Strategy X operates a subscription-based policy where contracts renew monthly unless cancelled in writing by the customer. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice; cancellation becomes effective 30 days after Strategy X receives the notice, and service remains active until the end of the current billing period. If a free trial is included, users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges—otherwise, billing commences for the standard subscription term.
There are no refunds or pro-rated returns on subscriptions once billing begins. Strategy X reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if terms of use are breached or if the platform is used in a way that could cause legal or financial risk. If Strategy X cancels or postpones training, a full refund is provided for that training, but for SaaS subscriptions, no refund is standard for mid-term cancellations.
Auto-renewals occur unless the customer sends a written cancellation before the renewal cycle, and all outstanding payments or service fees must be resolved prior to account closure. Promotional offers (e.g., free months or trial subscriptions) are at the sole discretion of Strategy X and may be withdrawn, changed, or cancelled by the company. If contracts involve dispute, a formal dispute resolution process via mediation takes place if not resolved after 21 days, in accordance with Australian law.
Strategy X meets several leading international compliance standards for information security, privacy protection, and regulatory management. The platform is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management systems, with additional certifications for ISO 27017 (cloud security), ISO 27018 (protection of personally identifiable information in the cloud), and ISO 27701 (privacy information management system). These ISO standards demonstrate rigorous processes and controls around data security, risk management, privacy, and incident response, exceeding requirements set by many global authorities. In addition, Strategy X has undergone regular SOC 2 Type 2 evaluations since 2018, confirming consistent implementation of controls relevant to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy.
For privacy, the platform aligns with key requirements under the EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), offering data subject rights, transparent notification policies, portability provisions, and breach response practices. Its Compliance Management Module further supports regulatory requirements by tracking responsibilities, maintaining audit trails, centralizing documentation, and preparing organizations for efficient audits and inspections across multiple industries.
