The company prides itself on its customer-centric approach, offering personalized support and consultation to its users.
Founded by a team of independent survey experts, Snap Surveys has grown significantly since its inception. Initially focused on desktop solutions, the company has evolved to include cloud-based services with the launch of Snap XMP. This evolution reflects the changing landscape of survey research and the increasing demand for flexible and accessible data collection methods. Today, Snap Surveys serves thousands of organizations globally, maintaining a strong presence in both public and private sectors.
Snap Surveys is privately owned and primarily funded by its directors. As of 2024, the company reported an annual revenue of approximately $13.4 million with a modest funding history totaling around $135,000. This financial structure allows Snap to maintain independence while investing in product development and customer service.
The latest version of Snap XMP (Snap 11) introduced numerous enhancements aimed at improving user experience and functionality. These updates include more interactive question types, enhanced reporting capabilities, and improved integration options with external databases. Continuous updates ensure that the software remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
Snap Surveys fosters a culture centered around customer service and technical expertise. The company emphasizes friendly support with real people available for assistance rather than automated responses. Their commitment to quality service is reflected in their training programs for clients and ongoing support initiatives.
Snap Surveys boasts a diverse user base ranging from small businesses to large governmental organizations. The software is particularly popular in sectors where understanding stakeholder feedback is crucial—such as healthcare and education. The community around Snap includes users who benefit from shared resources like pre-built survey templates and access to expert advice from the company’s research team.
