Smartsheet Features

I really enjoy using Smartsheet to collaborate with my team and automate our business processes! It's a really useful tool for managing projects with real-time reporting and robust workflows, like ticketing systems. I'm really impressed with how the Smartsheet team is constantly adding new features and making the product better and better!

I was unable to edit a sheet that I was given access to, even after signing up and paying for two seats. I called the contact number and had to leave a message. I left four different chat bot questions, but received no response to any of them. I will reach out to the bank and have them go after the money I've spent with these people.

It's refreshing to see a company that doesn't require your email, payment details, or free trial in order to use their resources. I downloaded the sheets I needed right away with no strings attached. If I ever need this service on a more permanent basis, I'll definitely sign up. This company's transparency is commendable and I'll be sure to recommend them to others.
