Limited License: Customers grant SingleOps a limited-term license to host, copy, transmit, and display customer data exclusively as needed for service operation. The platform may also anonymize and aggregate customer data for statistical, product improvement, or marketing purposes, but not in ways that could identify users or their organizations.
Intellectual Property Reservation: SingleOps reserves the rights to its own software and intellectual property but not to customer-owned business data or records stored within the platform.
Export Capability: Customers can request export of their data (e.g., in CSV or other formats) at any time, and especially upon contract termination or expiration.
Termination and Deletion: Within 30 days after contract end, customers may request that SingleOps make a copy of their data available for download or transfer to another system. Data is deleted upon customer request after this period.
SingleOps contracts typically auto-renew for the same term (or one year), with cancellation and renewal managed through written notice and clear data portability provisions.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for an additional period equal to the previous subscription term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless a non-renewal notice is provided.
