Visual Storytelling & Data Visualization : The core strength. It transforms complex business data and spreadsheets into engaging visual stories, making complex interdependencies easy to digest. It offers various interactive views (Timelines, Radars, Grids) to present the same data in different ways for various audiences.
Relationship Clarity: The platform excels at showing the relationships and connections between data points (e.g., between projects, goals, and resources), which is crucial for decision-making and understanding the potential ripple effects of a change.
Data Aggregation & Integration: It acts as a single hub that can connect to anything and visualize everything. It handles the heavy lifting of bringing data together from disparate sources (like PowerBI, Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel) without requiring you to move the data.
Flexibility and Customization: The platform is highly configurable and adaptable. Users can customize the underlying data model, tailor the look and feel, and easily configure different views (e.g., change an axis) to suit specific organizational needs and tell a tailored story.
Portfolio & Roadmapping Tool: Highly valued for illustrating strategic and operational enterprise roadmaps and providing a much greater visibility across a complete project portfolio.
Complexity for New Users: Because of the software's vast number of features and capabilities, a new user can easily get lost or overwhelmed initially.
Support Inconsistencies: While often praised, one review noted that support can sometimes be a bit unresponsive.
