Revlitix
By Revlitix
Revlitix typical implementation process:
Discovery and scoping: Align on your GTM goals, key metrics, connected tools (CRM, marketing, ads, web), and desired reporting/forecasting outputs; Revlitix’s team reviews your stack and data readiness.
Environment setup: Provision your Revlitix workspace, configure security and access, and connect core systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, ad platforms, analytics) so data can start flowing into a unified GTM model.
Data mapping and template configuration: Map fields from source systems, standardize funnels, and turn on relevant out‑of‑the‑box GTM report templates and AI signals tailored to your use cases.
Validation and fine‑tuning: Revlitix and your RevOps team validate numbers against existing reports, adjust filters, goals, and segments, and ensure forecasts and alerts align with your business logic.
Training and go‑live: Provide enablement for RevOps and GTM leaders, walk through daily workflows (dashboards, Sonic AI, alerts, tasks), and move teams to using Revlitix as the primary reporting and forecasting layer.
Revlitix can be customized in depth to meet specific business and GTM needs.
Custom metrics and KPIs: No‑code builder to define your own metrics, formulas, data types, trend direction, and funnel stages tailored to your GTM model.
Custom dashboards and widgets: All‑in‑one dashboards can be reconfigured with custom widgets, chart types, manual axis control, and different views for execs, RevOps, or channel owners.
Custom audits and AI signals: “Custom Audits” let you define what to monitor, which channels/metrics to track, and how often (daily/weekly/monthly), with AI signals tuned to your priorities.
Segments, filters, and goals: Flexible filters for accounts, territories, industries, campaigns, and segments, plus goal/target settings per segment, channel, or team.
Organizational profiles and access control: Multiple org profiles, role-based permissions, and tailored report sets per team or business unit.
Tasking and workflows: Configurable task views, notifications, and playbook-style action triggers based on your own rules and performance thresholds.
Revlitix keeps pricing relatively straightforward: subscription-based with implementation and ongoing support bundled in, and no separate setup fee for standard customers.
Setup/implementation fees: Revlitix states that implementation and onboarding are included in the subscription price, and external pricing sites list “no setup fee” at entry level.
Maintenance charges: As a cloud SaaS, platform maintenance, updates, and new feature releases are part of the recurring subscription; there is no separate maintenance line item mentioned publicly.
Support costs: White-glove deployment support and dedicated Customer Success are advertised as included for all customers, with no extra premium consulting or integration services listed as mandatory add-ons on major pricing directories.
Revlitix offers high-touch onboarding plus ongoing white-glove support to help new users adopt the platform quickly and effectively.
White-glove deployment and onboarding: Implementation and onboarding are included in the subscription, with Revlitix providing hands-on setup help so customers can connect their tools, configure reports, and go live in at most about one week.
Guided training sessions: During onboarding, Revlitix runs training to review key reports, audits, and pipeline views, and to train internal RevOps, marketing, and sales users on daily workflows and best practices.
Dedicated Customer Success: Every customer receives dedicated Customer Success support focused on continuous optimization, metric alignment, and helping revenue leaders get more value and time savings from the platform.
Revlitix uses SOC 2–2-aligned controls, strong encryption, and AWS infrastructure security to protect customer data.
Key measures include:
Compliance and governance: SOC 2 Type II certification covering security, availability, confidentiality, privacy, and processing integrity, plus alignment with GDPR and a formal privacy policy.
Infrastructure security: Customer data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers that are SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 compliant, with strict physical access controls, monitoring, and resilient power.
Encryption in transit and at rest: All data is sent over HTTPS using modern TLS (SHA-256 with RSA cipher suites) and encrypted at rest with AES‑256 or better, with keys stored in secure keystores and rotated regularly.
Network and access control: Environments are isolated in a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC); access to production is restricted via IAM, role-based access control, enforced 2FA, and least‑privilege principles, with all access logged.
Application and data isolation: Logical separation of customer data using project-specific tokens, API keys, and secrets, ensuring one client cannot see another’s data even on shared databases.
Revlitix releases improvements frequently on a continuous SaaS cadence, with notable product releases and enhancements shipped multiple times per quarter and managed as in-place cloud updates.
Revlitix states that customers remain in control of their own data, but its public pages do not clearly spell out a detailed “you own your data, we only process it” clause or an explicit data‑export SLA, so some aspects of data ownership and portability remain ambiguous and should be contractually verified.
Revlitix's terms and conditions for contract renewal and cancellation are not publicly detailed on their website or in accessible online documentation, as the official terms page primarily outlines general usage permissions without specific subscription clauses. Based on standard SaaS practices observed in similar analytics and reporting platforms, contracts often auto-renew annually unless notice is provided 30-90 days before expiration. Cancellation typically requires written notification, with no refunds for partial terms, and may incur early termination fees equivalent to 50% of remaining payments or 1-2 months' fees.
Industry benchmarks for tools like Revlitix indicate the following common terms, which may align with their model, given the lack of explicit details:
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for successive 12-month periods at the end of the initial term unless the customer notifies the provider in writing at least 30-90 days before renewal. Pricing may adjust annually upon renewal.
Cancellation Notice Period: Customers must provide 30 days' written notice to avoid auto-renewal, with access continuing until the term ends. Early cancellation during the term often triggers fees, such as the lesser of 50% of the remaining contract value or two monthly payments.
No Refunds Policy: No monetary refunds are issued for active subscriptions, even if cancelled before renewal; service access persists until the billing cycle concludes. Trials (e.g., 14 days) must be cancelled pre-billing to avoid charges, with no post-activation refunds.
Termination for Convenience: Either party can terminate with 30 days' notice, but customer-initiated early exits may require payment for services rendered plus non-cancellable expenses. Breaches allow 15 business days to cure before automatic termination.
Revlitix states that it is SOC 2 Type II certified and positions itself as GDPR compliant for data protection and privacy.
