• Users can also cancel their subscription by emailing PrivCo with their contact number and start date in the subject line.

Termination by PrivCo:

• PrivCo may terminate the agreement for convenience with 30 days' prior notice.

• If PrivCo terminates the agreement for convenience, they will refund any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term after the effective date of termination.

Refunds and Payments:

• If the agreement is terminated by the user for cause or by PrivCo for convenience, PrivCo will refund any prepaid fees for the remainder of the term. However, no refunds are provided for PrivCo Select Subscriptions or Custom Solutions.
