• Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are typically available within a set period after sign-up, and for ongoing plans, refunds are prorated based on usage.

Contract Renewal

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions with Petpooja are generally set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. The renewal fee is charged to your last used payment method unless you update your payment details.

• Opt-Out Requirement: If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must notify Petpooja at least 15 days before your renewal date. If you don’t opt out, Petpooja will proceed with the renewal and charge your account.

• Changes to Terms: Petpooja may update its terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after such updates means you accept the new terms.

• Notification: Renewal and payment notifications are sent electronically. It is your responsibility to check for updates and review the terms regularly.

Cancellation Policy

• User-Initiated Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. For monthly plans, refunds are only possible if you haven’t used any service benefits since payment.

• Refunds for Annual Plans: If you cancel within 15 business days of signing up, you are eligible for a full refund, minus the value of any benefits used. After this period, refunds are prorated based on how much of the service you have used.

• No Refunds for Used Services: If you have already used the service or its benefits, refunds may be partial or not available, depending on usage.

• Provider-Initiated Termination: Petpooja may terminate your subscription at its discretion. If this happens (for reasons not related to violation, fraud, or misuse), you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion. If the termination is due to a breach of terms or misuse, no refund is provided.

• Service Suspension: Petpooja reserves the right to suspend or stop services at any time, with or without notice, and is not responsible for any resulting losses.
