By iLease Management LLC
iLeasePro is a U.S.-based cloud software company specializing in lease accounting and management solutions for property and equipment lessees. Developed by iLease Management LLC, the platform simplifies regulatory compliance with key standards such as FASB ASC 842, IFRS 16, and GASB 87, helping businesses accurately track, report, and manage right‑of‑use (ROU) assets and lease liabilities across real estate, vehicles, and equipment. Built on a Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) model hosted on Amazon Web Services, iLeasePro combines intuitive design, real‑time automation, and audit‑ready reporting to offer cost‑effective lease lifecycle management with minimal IT overhead.
iLeasePro was founded in 2012 by Sean T. Egan, CPA (former KPMG managing partner) and John Meedzan (former CIO at a Massachusetts‑based private equity firm). Headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts, the company emerged to bridge a gap between small/mid‑market companies’ need for affordable lease compliance and the complexity of enterprise‑grade systems. Since its inception, iLeasePro has grown organically by focusing on simplicity, transparency, and reliability, serving clients across finance, retail, healthcare, education, and transportation.

iLease Management LLC emphasizes three core values: Integrity, Transparency, and Continuous Improvement. The company promotes trust, compliance, accuracy, and customer‑centric development rather than aggressive commercialization. Its small, agile management team cultivates a service‑oriented culture where accounting precision meets technical usability. Employees are encouraged to maintain cross‑disciplinary expertise in finance, regulatory compliance, and software innovation.
iLeasePro primarily serves small to mid‑sized businesses that lease property and equipment, including private companies, nonprofits, municipalities, and public sector entities seeking ASC 842 transition support. Users typically include CFOs, controllers, accounting managers, and real estate administrators. The platform’s flexibility and affordable pricing ($99.95 to $290 per month) have attracted clients managing a few leases to several hundred leases within centralized dashboards. The company engages its user community through webinars, blogs, white papers, and active LinkedIn outreach that educate clients on GASB / FASB updates, audit preparation, and lease optimization best practices.
