The Growth tier of Freshsales is now free for up to three users, making it a more attractive option compared to other CRM platforms that have less features. However, Freshsales feels unfinished and lacks polish. The features that are advertised are difficult to access and require a lot of set-up. Additionally, the synchronization tools often have unexpected and problematic behavior. The chatbot is also not very helpful. This is the second time I've tried Freshsales, but I keep running into these same issues.

The system is always disconnected when chatting. This often leads to confusion, and the support team is very knowledgeable but slow to respond.

I am still a customer, but I am very unhappy with the lack of reliability and the errors with the basic email design (size of letters, lines, size of images). I have had 4 meetings, none of which solved the issue. Now they are requesting a 5th meeting, so we'll see. Each meeting has been with a different person, so I have to start, restart, and restart. Later, I use the "customer journey" function and they block the emails, despite the fact that I have a bigger plan for security reasons that still need to be explained. Now they recommend that I copy the journey and restart, but I have the problem that I have to do manual controls to avoid 27 people receiving the email twice. I am tired of losing my time, but I am still trying because I spent more than 100 hours learning.
