Founding and Growth

FigJam was created to address the need for lightweight, collaborative brainstorming and planning tools.

FigJam’s growth has been fueled by its tight integration with Figma, enabling seamless transitions from ideation to design execution.

Funding and Valuation

Figma has raised over $332 million in funding from investors like Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and Index Ventures.
In 2022, Adobe announced plans to acquire Figma for $20 billion, though the deal was later terminated in 2023 due to regulatory concerns.
