Fieldfusion pricing starts at approximately £25.00 per month, offered via a subscription model with a free trial available. Current publicly available information does not mention any mandatory setup fees or separate maintenance charges; support appears to be included within the subscription.
There are no explicit references to one-time onboarding or implementation costs, nor are recurring support contracts listed outside the monthly subscription. However, as with many SaaS vendors, businesses with more complex requirements or large-scale customizations should confirm in writing whether additional fees could apply for advanced integrations, extended training, or premium support, since these may be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Fieldfusion offers training and support to new users, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing usability. New users receive training through onboarding sessions that cover platform navigation, role-specific workflows, use of mobile and web apps, and the management of scheduling, compliance, and documentation. Training formats can include in-person sessions, online tutorials, and access to knowledge bases, as well as help documentation. For ongoing support, Fieldfusion provides multiple channels: phone support, email/help desk, live chat, forums, and FAQs, along with continuous access to product guides and troubleshooting resources. This multi-layered approach is designed to help organizations get up to speed quickly, resolve issues efficiently, and continually optimize their use of the platform.
Fieldfusion implements multiple strong security measures to protect company and customer data across its cloud-based field service management platform. All data is stored securely in the cloud, reducing risks associated with physical paperwork and supporting regulatory requirements such as GDPR compliance. Data back-ups and robust security protocols are built into the system, ensuring information is not lost and remains protected against breaches or accidental deletion.
Fieldfusion also emphasises seamless and secure integration between office staff and field workers, with all customer information, work schedules, and health and safety documentation handled over protected channels. Real-time data updates and connectivity are backed by secure infrastructure, while user access is controlled based on organisational roles, limiting exposure to sensitive information. The platform’s commitment to constant innovation means ongoing refinement of its security framework, giving users confidence that their operational and customer data remains safe and compliant at all times.
Fieldfusion releases updates on an ongoing basis, with recent mobile app updates noted as recently as October 2025, indicating active and frequent development cycles. Updates typically focus on workflow optimizations, new feature additions, security enhancements, and seamless system operation. As a cloud-based solution, updates—both to the web and mobile applications—are managed automatically, requiring minimal intervention from end users, which ensures organizations always use the latest version with up-to-date security and features.
Product improvements are rolled out regularly through app store releases and backend updates, with users benefiting from system upgrades without disruption or the need for manual software installations. Fieldfusion’s approach ensures that clients experience continuous improvements, reliability, and compliance as part of their subscription service.
Fieldfusion’s exact terms and conditions for contract renewal and cancellation are not published in full detail on public-facing sources, but available data and typical SaaS practices yield the following key points:
Renewal: Fieldfusion contracts are subscription-based and most commonly set to auto-renew at the end of each billing term (monthly or yearly), unless notice of non-renewal is given in advance.
Notice Period: Cancellations or intent not to renew generally require written notice—industry standard is 30 days before the end of the current term, though customers should confirm this with Fieldfusion directly.
No Pro-Rata Refunds: If you cancel partway through a prepaid period, you typically retain access for the remainder of your paid term, but no refunds are issued for unused time—access simply continues until the term ends.
How to Cancel: Cancellations must be initiated in writing or via email/support request; automated instructions through an admin dashboard may be available, but should be confirmed with the vendor.
Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding fees are usually due immediately upon cancellation, including charges for services used up to the termination date.
Data Handling: Upon termination, users are responsible for managing or exporting their own data before the account is deactivated; after cancellation, data is often deleted or anonymised as per privacy requirements.
Renewal Rates: Unless otherwise stated in your contract, Fieldfusion reserves the right to update subscription pricing on renewal, commonly with notice.
Fieldfusion meets several key compliance standards aimed at protecting business, customer, and health & safety data within field service organisations. The platform is fully GDPR-compliant, ensuring that all customer and operational data is handled under strict European privacy regulations and that security protocols are robustly enforced. Fieldfusion’s architecture is built around cloud-based, secure handling of documentation—including health and safety compliance (RAMS) and audit readiness—which allows organisations to more easily satisfy regulatory obligations in service industries.
