FIBRES
بواسطة FIBRES Online Ltd
FIBRES is a Helsinki-based SaaS company that specializes in digital foresight and futures intelligence for organizations of all sizes.
FIBRES was founded in 2010 (originally as Necorpoint) in Helsinki, Finland, by CEO and co-founder Panu Kause and CTO Esa Heikkinen. Initially operating as a futures consultancy, the company evolved into a SaaS platform after identifying market gaps in digital support for strategic foresight. The first software version was released in 2016 for consultancy clients, and the company pivoted fully to SaaS by 2017, aided by the Stuttgart Autobahn Startup Accelerator and collaboration with Daimler.
Growth in the early years was primarily bootstrapped, with FIBRES securing a seed round of €270,000 in 2021 to drive international expansion. The most recent funding rounds have involved angel investors and accelerator support, typical for high-value European B2B SaaS platforms at the scale-up stage. Headquarters remain in Helsinki, with the official business name FIBRES Online Ltd.
FIBRES delivers an advanced cloud-based foresight intelligence platform with:
Centralized repository for signals, trends, drivers, and scenarios
AI/NLP-assisted scanning, signal tagging, and collaborative trend mapping
Horizon scanning tools, custom taxonomies, and real-time trend radar visualization
Scenario planning, opportunity mapping, and weak signal documentation
Source feeds from news, reports, expert channels, and internal input
Customizable workflows, dashboards, analytics, notifications, and export options for sharing or integration
FIBRES has grown organically through iterative product development, co-creation with clients, and accelerator partnerships. This approach has led to rapid release of new modules for scenario planning, expanded reporting, more integrations, and enhanced AI-powered intelligence functionality tailored for specialists in strategizing, innovation, and R&D.
Recent updates include more collaborative tools for horizon scanning, deeper integration with enterprise data sources, expanded support for custom taxonomy and visualization, and automated AI insights for cross-team signal detection. The company frequently releases new features in response to user feedback, with updates communicated via platform release notes and webinars.
FIBRES is shaped around transparency, innovation, and continuous learning. The team is passionate about empowering strategists, innovators, and changemakers to lead transformation rather than react to it. Their commitment to close client relationships, co-creation, and customer success is reflected in ongoing support, workshops, and flexible integration options.
