Confidentiality: Event Temple ensures that its personnel are contractually bound to safeguard the confidentiality and security of all customer data.
Security incident notification: Should a data breach or security incident occur, Event Temple will notify affected customers within 72 hours and assist with the investigation and required regulatory cooperation.

Event Temple releases updates frequently, often several times a month, to deliver new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements, ensuring that users always benefit from the latest advancements.
Regular feature releases: News articles, product blog updates, and customer communications indicate recent launches of AI tools, integrations, security features (like SSO and MFA), and user experience enhancements occurring every few weeks.
Cloud-based deployment: As a cloud-native platform, all updates are managed centrally and rolled out automatically—there is no need for local software installation or manual updates by clients.

Event Temple’s policy on data ownership and portability ensures that customers retain control of their business data and have the tools and rights to export or manage it as required.
Customer data ownership: All data entered or managed within the Event Temple platform belongs to the customer—not to Event Temple itself. Event Temple only processes and stores data according to customer instructions and the service agreement, with no right to use or access that data except as required for support, improvement, or legal compliance.
Sole rights and control: The customer is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, legality, and quality of their data and must ensure all necessary rights and permissions have been obtained to process it on Event Temple.
Privacy and confidentiality: Event Temple personnel are contractually obligated to keep all customer data confidential and secure, in line with privacy laws and strict internal procedures.
Export capability: Customers can download or export their data at any time using built-in platform features during the subscription term, supporting both business continuity and regulatory requirements.
Data retrieval post-cancellation: Upon contract termination, customers generally have a 90-day window to retrieve/export their data or request deletion, except where retention is required by law.
Event Temple provides flexible terms for scaling up or down as organizational needs change, with specific policies on adding or reducing users, modules, and services.
Adding users or modules: Customers can add additional user seats, properties, or modules at any point during their subscription by executing an updated order form or contacting Event Temple’s support or sales team. These additions will increase the recurring subscription charges on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the term.
Mid-term upgrades: Increases in quantity (seats/modules/features) can be done mid-term, and the resulting charges become immediately due for the new items through the end of the current term.
No disruptions: All new services or users added are activated promptly—with no impact on ongoing usage or workflows.
Reducing users or modules: Decreases in contracted seat quantity, properties, or modules cannot take effect before the renewal of the contract term. Mid-term reductions are not permitted, even if user requirements drop.
Contract renewal period: Any reductions requested will be applicable at the next renewal term. Customers must provide written notice before the renewal (typically at least 90 days in advance) to have these changes reflected on the next contract cycle.
Event Temple’s contract renewal and cancellation terms are designed for clarity and operational reliability, following standard SaaS industry practices and including specific provisions to protect both the customer and the provider.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for consecutive 12-month terms unless otherwise specified or unless either party provides written non-renewal notice at least 90 days before the end of the current term.
Advance notice of renewal pricing changes: Event Temple may increase fees at the start of any renewal term, but will provide advance notice; increases related to added services or expiring discounts do not count as "price increases" for renewal.
Continuous service: Subscriptions continue without interruption as long as terms are met and payment is received as per the invoicing schedule in the order form.
Payment terms: Renewal invoices are typically due net 30 days from receipt, with payment required even if actual usage is lower than anticipated.
Written notice required: Either party may terminate at the end of the current subscription by providing written notice at least 90 days in advance.
Termination for cause: Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach if the breach is not remedied within 30 days of written notice. Event Temple may terminate immediately for repeated violations, non-payment, or customer actions that threaten the integrity or security of the platform.
Non-refundable fees: All fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed, and quantities (seats/users/modules) cannot be reduced mid-term.
Data access and deletion: After cancellation or expiry, customers can download/export their data during the term, and have a 90-day window post-termination to retrieve it, after which Event Temple may delete all customer data unless legally mandated to retain it.

Security incident reporting: Event Temple commits to notifying customers within 72 hours of a data breach or incident and provides all required assistance for investigation and regulatory compliance.
