Eleos Health

Eleos Health is a pioneering technology company at the forefront of transforming behavioral healthcare through artificial intelligence. Founded with a mission to empower clinicians and reduce the administrative burdens that often hinder effective care, Eleos has rapidly become the most widely deployed AI platform in behavioral health across the United States. As of 2025, it supports over 120 organizations in more than 30 states, helping thousands of providers streamline their workflows and improve patient outcomes. At the heart of Eleos Health’s innovation is its proprietary AI platform, which leverages the largest dataset of real-world behavioral health sessions. This enables the company to deliver highly accurate, clinically validated tools that automate documentation, enhance compliance, and surface actionable insights. Eleos uses multimodal large language models (MM-LLMs) to process various data types simultaneously, setting a new standard for intelligent healthcare technology. One of Eleos’ flagship products is Eleos Compliance, launched in early 2025. This tool was developed in collaboration with legal and regulatory experts from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. It proactively reviews clinical documentation, flags potential errors, and helps organizations avoid costly fines and payment clawbacks. By simplifying the appeals process and supporting accreditation efforts, Eleos Compliance ensures that providers can maintain high standards of care without being bogged down by administrative complexity. The impact of Eleos’ technology is profound. Clinical trials and real-world deployments have shown that Eleos can reduce documentation time by over 70%, double client engagement, and improve care outcomes by up to four times compared to traditional treatment methods. These results are not just numbers; they reflect a meaningful shift in how behavioral health professionals interact with their clients and manage their time. In January 2025, Eleos Health secured a $60 million Series C funding round led by Greenfield Partners, bringing its total funding to over $120 million. This investment is a testament to Eleos’ rapid growth and the trust it has earned within the healthcare community. The funds are being used to expand product offerings, grow the commercial and engineering teams, and push into underserved segments of behavioral healthcare, including substance use disorder treatment centers. CEO and Co-founder Alon Joffe emphasizes that Eleos is not about replacing clinicians but about enhancing their capacity to deliver care. The company’s tools are designed with the end user in mind, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and electronic medical records. This user-centric approach has earned Eleos high praise from partners like Centerstone, a multistate nonprofit specializing in mental health and addiction treatment, which describes Eleos as “in a league of their own”. Looking ahead, Eleos Health is expanding into post-acute care settings such as home health, palliative care, and hospice. These environments present unique challenges, limited time, emotionally complex situations, and heavy documentation demands. Eleos aims to support these providers with AI tools that generate accurate notes in minutes, reduce burnout, and improve care quality. Eleos Health is redefining behavioral healthcare by equipping providers with intelligent, purpose-built AI solutions. Its commitment to clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compassionate care makes it a standout leader in the health tech space. As the company continues to grow and innovate, it remains focused on its core mission: helping clinicians rediscover their passion for care by freeing them from the burdens of paperwork.

Eleos Health holds a distinct competitive edge in the behavioral health AI space by offering a purpose-built platform that deeply understands the unique needs of mental health providers. Unlike generalist AI tools or traditional electronic health record (EHR) systems retrofitted with basic automation, Eleos was designed from the ground up for behavioral healthcare. This specialization allows it to deliver far more accurate, context-aware documentation and insights, tailored to the nuances of therapy, psychiatry, and substance use treatment. One of Eleos’ most powerful differentiators is its proprietary multimodal large language models (MM-LLMs), trained on the largest dataset of real-world behavioral health sessions. These models enable Eleos to process voice, text, and clinical context simultaneously, producing highly reliable documentation and care insights. This capability is unmatched in the industry and allows Eleos to reduce documentation time by over 70%, double client engagement, and improve symptom reduction by up to four times. Eleos also stands out for its rapid implementation and seamless integration. Clinics can deploy Eleos in just 14 to 30 days using a simple browser extension that interfaces with existing EHRs. This plug-and-play approach minimizes disruption and accelerates ROI, making Eleos not just a tool but a strategic partner in care delivery. Another key advantage is Eleos Compliance, a product developed with legal and regulatory experts to proactively review clinical documentation. It flags potential errors before they result in fines or payment clawbacks, simplifying accreditation and appeals processes. This proactive compliance support is rare among competitors and reflects Eleos’ commitment to operational excellence. Beyond technology, Eleos’s leadership and culture contribute significantly to its edge. The company has built a team of seasoned experts in clinical care, AI, and health tech, including former executives from Centerstone and Netsmart Technologies. This depth of experience ensures that Eleos remains clinically grounded while pushing the boundaries of innovation. In a market where many AI solutions are generic or poorly adapted to behavioral health, Eleos Health offers a deeply integrated, clinically validated, and rapidly scalable platform. Its focus on empowering—not replacing clinicians, combined with its unmatched technical capabilities and strategic vision, positions Eleos as the clear leader in behavioral health AI.
