Eesel AI is a powerful AI assistant designed to enhance customer support and internal knowledge management by integrating directly into tools like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs. It learns from past tickets, help center articles, and documentation to deliver instant, context-aware responses across email, chat, and social channels. Eesel AI can autonomously resolve tier-one support queries, triage complex issues, and even assist new team members during onboarding by acting as a searchable knowledge oracle. It supports multi-channel deployment, customizable tone of voice, and granular control over escalation workflows. With robust security features including GDPR compliance, encrypted data handling, and zero chat log retention options, Eesel AI ensures enterprise-grade privacy. Whether embedded in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or customer-facing websites, Eesel AI empowers organizations to streamline support, reduce response times, and boost team productivity.
