Terms and Conditions:
Contract Renewal: Contracts are typically renewed automatically unless either party provides notice of non-renewal. The specific terms for renewal, including any changes in fees or services, are usually detailed in the MLSA. Customers are advised to review their contracts for any automatic renewal clauses and the notice period required to opt out of renewal.
Contract Cancellation: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure the breach within a specified period (often 30 days).
Cybereason may also suspend or terminate the agreement immediately if there is a significant delay in payment or if continued performance would cause harm to Cybereason or its customers.
Upon termination, Cybereason will reimburse the customer for any pre-paid, unused fees on a pro-rata basis, provided the termination is not due to the customer's breach.
