Aware Analytics

Aware Analytics is a comprehensive data-driven solution designed to improve agency outcomes through advanced Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools. It establishes a dynamic connection to Aware data, enabling analysts, managers, and other agency personnel to access, analyze, and report on agency data without requiring programming or IT support. The software comprises three main components: a Business Intelligence Adapter, Reporting Tools, and Template Reports. The Business Intelligence Adapter organizes vocational rehabilitation (VR) information to simplify data access and relationships, while the Template Reports offer pre-built visualizations based on program data to help understand trends, forecasts, and outliers. Aware Analytics leverages a managed data warehouse and provides tools for easy data access, allowing users to discover patterns and report findings quickly to stakeholders. The platform generates real-time reports, charts, and graphs by accessing the Aware database, ranging from simple outputs to complex visualizations. This combination of features empowers agencies to make data-driven decisions and improve their overall operational efficiency
