Auto/Mate

Auto/Mate is a cloud-based dealer management system created for independent used car dealerships. It includes tools for vehicle appraisal, inventory management, deal structuring, collections administration, job automation, accounting system interface, report customization, and more. The software is compatible with DealerSocket's other solutions, including the digital marketing CRM and inventory management systems. Auto/Mate's evaluation tool allows customers to examine trade and auction automobiles without having to add possible purchases to their inventory. Deal structure offers complete flexibility, including support for application references, irregular payments, accessories, and aftermarket items and services. In-house and third-party lender loans are also available. Auto/Mate automates the collection process by recording past due dates and color-coding.

Auto/Mate allows users to organize accounts, automate tasks, manage accounting with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online, and provide business performance insights through a reporting module.
