Integration with Communication Apps: Users highly praise that Approveit works directly within Slack and Microsoft Teams, allowing team members to create and process approvals without switching to a new platform. This makes adoption simple and intuitive.
Ease of Use & Quick Setup: The platform features a no-code workflow builder that is reported to be very easy to set up and implement (some users report setup in minutes). The user interface is described as straightforward and user-friendly.
Fast & Efficient Approval Process: The primary benefit is a quick and efficient approval process, cutting down decision time and eliminating scattered email or DM chains. Users can download a PDF with a signature for audit records.
Excellent Customer Support: Reviewers consistently highlight the excellent and highly responsive customer support team, who are quick to resolve issues and offer help with the setup process (sometimes through live sessions).
Audit and Compliance: The system automatically creates an unchangeable audit trail and allows users to export approval history in formats ready for compliance audits (CSV/XLSX).
PDF Download & Editing: A specific, recurring issue is that downloaded PDF files sometimes include special characters (like a "%" sign) in the title, requiring users to manually rename the file before uploading it to other accounting systems like QuickBooks.
Limited Mobile App Functionality: While a mobile app is available for approvals, users note that its functionality is limited at the moment, specifically lacking the ability to create or edit complex workflows on the go.
