Amie terms and conditions regarding contract renewal and cancellation are as follows:
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions to Amie's Paid Services automatically renew at the end of their respective terms. The renewal date is the day immediately following the end of your current subscription period. The credit card used for the initial subscription purchase will be charged at the end of the term outlined in your receipt, unless updated prior to the renewal date. If Amie is unable to process your renewal, access to the Services may be temporarily frozen or certain features suspended until a valid payment method is provided.
Cancellation: You can cancel your Paid Services and downgrade to a free plan (if available) by selecting this option on the Webpages or inside the Amie App. Cancellation is also possible by sending an email to [email protected]. If you cancel before the end of your current paid term, you will retain access to the paid features throughout the remainder of the term you purchased.
