Exceptional Customer Support: Reviewers consistently highlight the support team as "unmatched" and "responsive." Users report receiving hands-on assistance during their first few weeks, which is critical for those new to programmatic buying.
AI-Driven Planning Tools: The "AI Assistant Planner" and "Insights CoPilot" are highly rated for their ability to turn complex data into actionable campaign strategies. Users appreciate the AI’s help in selecting the right audience segments and inventory.
Broad Inventory Access: Users are impressed by the quality of publisher inventory available. Despite being a self-serve platform for SMBs, it provides access to premium Display, Video, Audio, and Connected TV (CTV) inventory through its integration with the Microsoft/Xandr DSP API.
Intuitive "Smart Templates": Many positive reviews mention that the interface is simple to navigate. The "Smart Templates" help beginners launch campaigns quickly without needing deep technical knowledge of real-time bidding.
Initial Funding Process: Some users found the pre-funding model (adding funds to an account balance before launching) to be "cumbersome" or unintuitive compared to the post-pay models used by platforms like Google Ads. However, support typically helps clarify these flexible options quickly.
Documentation Gaps: A few reviewers noted that while the team is helpful, the self-service documentation could be "more detailed." Some users felt they had to reach out to support for answers that should have been in a help guide.
