Ease of Use & Simplicity: This is the most consistent praise. Users, including administrators and new consultants, find the interface intuitive, simple, and easy to learn and navigate, allowing them to enter time and expenses quickly.
Excellent Customer Support: Customer service is frequently described as "second to none," "very responsive," and "excellent." The support team is noted for being helpful, quick to respond, and willing to work with customers on minor configuration changes.
All-in-One Solution/Value: Users appreciate that it is a single, integrated tool for time tracking, expense management, and invoicing. Many feel it is a highly cost-effective and affordable solution compared to more expensive alternatives, especially for small businesses.
Invoicing & Billing: The invoicing features are highly rated, with users enjoying the ability to generate professional invoices based on tracked time and expenses. The integration with services like PayPal and QuickBooks is a key benefit.
Customization and Flexibility: It is considered flexible enough to customize for different business, client, and project needs. The ability to use it for various billing regimes and track time/expenses specifically to a project is highly valued.
Initial Setup Complexity: While daily use is easy, the initial setup process, particularly configuring customer and invoice information, can require a "bit of experience" and hands-on support to get the time and invoicing system fully running.
Timer Issues: Specific complaints have been raised about the timer feature, such as difficulty editing notes without having to restart the timer or finding some related functionalities "unwieldy."
Report Dashboard Access: The main dashboard and robust reporting features are often restricted to Admin and Project Manager roles, which can be a limitation for regular users who might benefit from seeing their own project data visually.
