RS Production OEE

RS Production OEE is a cloud-based manufacturing software platform designed to enhance factory efficiency through real-time data collection, monitoring, and analytics. Its features include rapid machine connectivity via RS IoT hardware, enabling up to five machines to be linked to the cloud in just 30 minutes. The intuitive interface allows operators and managers to easily log downtime, assign loss codes, and add comments directly at the machine, supporting accurate and timely data capture. The system offers comprehensive OEE capabilities, such as automatic and manual downtime logging, speed loss and scrap tracking, and automatic changeover logging. Machine monitoring is facilitated through standard interfaces like OPC and 24V signals, providing detailed tracking of uptime, downtime, production cycles, and output quantities. RS Production OEE also delivers robust reporting with over 50 standard reports, including Pareto charts, OEE waterfall diagrams, and cycle time analyses. Real-time production data and KPIs can be visualized factory-wide on live TV-screen dashboards or accessed remotely via mobile devices. Additional features include multilingual support for 15 languages, multi-site management with central standards, seamless integration with over 40 ERP systems, and secure, separate databases for each customer to ensure data integrity and privacy.
