Developed as a core innovation under Aspire Software (headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri), PropertyIntel emerged from a strategic product vision to consolidate and enhance the solutions offered by Go iLawn and LandOne—two of the most recognized property measurement platforms in North America. Released in early 2023, PropertyIntel immediately began onboarding Aspire’s established landscaping client base, with strong adoption driven by its deep integration, automation, and portfolio mapping services.
Aspire Software, the company behind PropertyIntel, was acquired by ServiceTitan in 2021 in a deal reportedly valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, giving it the backing and scalability typical of a high-growth SaaS company. Aspire had previously been backed by Mainsail Partners and has been estimated at a $430 million valuation as of its last reported funding round in 2023. PropertyIntel itself benefits from these consolidated financial, technological, and customer resources.
PropertyIntel’s flagship features include AI-powered measuring for property boundaries and features, slope visualization, point-and-click takeoff tools, and extensive drawing and annotation functionality. Its integration with Aspire allows automated, real-time syncing of property, labor, and pricing data, automated proposal generation (complete with color-coded maps and customizable documentation), and advanced reporting. The platform supports bulk onboarding via Complete Portfolio Mapping, visual proposal sending, material image libraries, role-based collaboration, multi-format exports (PDF, XLSX, PNG), mobile web access, and a centralized data repository for team alignment and project management.
Since launch, PropertyIntel has added frequent updates, including enhanced AI for feature identification, expanded drawing tools, slope visualization, and more robust integration between property data and Aspire Kits, Catalogs, and CRM. The launch of PropertyIntel Complete introduced “done-for-you” measurements and takeoff services, letting contractors request automated, expert-created property measurements ready for estimating and bidding directly within the platform
