Data Protection Compliance: LegitFit acts as a data processor, handling your data in accordance with strict privacy laws such as GDPR. They ensure that all personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and only for legitimate business purposes.
Data Portability: While regulations like GDPR give you the right to receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another provider, LegitFit does not currently have an automated data portability feature. However, they monitor legal requirements and may introduce this feature if needed. If you request your data, LegitFit will work with you to provide access or facilitate transfer as required.
Data Retention: Personal data is only kept for as long as necessary. Physical records are typically retained for six years for regulatory and tax reasons. Digital data is securely encrypted, password-protected, and deleted when no longer needed.

The terms & conditions for contract renewal and cancellation
Contract Renewal:
LegitFit subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually).
LegitFit reserves the right to increase subscription fees at the start of each renewal period, provided they give at least 30 days’ prior notice to the subscriber.
Contract Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting LegitFit support.
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation.
To ensure proper off-boarding, a phone or virtual call between you and LegitFit is necessary. If this step is skipped, you will be required to pay for the final month’s subscription.
All amounts and fees paid are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If you need migration support to move your data to another provider, there is a migration fee of €250.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, LegitFit may suspend your access to the platform until payment is made, and a reconnection fee equal to your monthly subscription fee may apply.
