• ACES PRO may cancel a customer's account without cause by giving at least 30 days' written notice. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a pro-rated refund of any charges paid for the remaining subscription period.

• If the customer fails to pay any amount due under the agreement and remains in default for not less than 15 days, ACES PRO may terminate the agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice.

• Payment and Fees:

• All amounts and fees are payable in pounds sterling, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. ACES PRO is entitled to increase the subscription fees at the start of each Renewal Period with 90 days' prior notice.
