SolarWinds has experienced significant financial milestones, including multiple rounds of private equity investment and public offerings. SolarWinds returned to the public markets in 2018. In February 2025, the company was acquired by Turn/River Capital for $4.4 billion and subsequently delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
