Sub-Processors: EdApp does not engage sub-processors without prior written authorization from the client. Clients can request a list of sub-processors and object to new ones based on reasonable data protection grounds.
Data Deletion: User data is deleted 60 days after the cancellation of a plan.

Scaling Down:
Downgrading Plans: Clients can downgrade their subscription plans at any time. When downgrading, any feature data that is not included in the new plan will be deleted, but the remaining data will be retained as is.
Free Plan: EdApp offers a free plan that includes core features, allowing organizations to continue using the platform with limited functionality if they no longer require the advanced features of paid plans.
User Management:
Active Users: EdApp's billing is based on the number of active users per month. An active user is defined as any learner who has logged in during the billing period. This allows organizations to scale their usage up or down based on actual user activity, ensuring cost efficiency.
Minimum Users: The minimum number of users billed per month on paid plans is 20, providing flexibility for smaller teams or seasonal adjustments.
Contract Renewal:
Automatic Renewal: Each subscription term will automatically renew for periods equal to the initial subscription term at the then-current rates unless either party elects not to renew by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the expiry of the current term.
Notification of Changes: EdApp will notify clients of any changes to the subscription services that reduce functionality or features in any material respect. Clients may terminate the affected services within 30 days of such notice and receive a refund for any prepaid, unused fees.
Advance Notice: It is recommended to give advance notice if the agreement is not to auto-renew, allowing time for contract review and negotiation of better terms.
Contract Cancellation:
Cancellation at Any Time: Clients can cancel their subscription at any time through the 'Billing Details' page. Upon cancellation, any feature data not accessible on the new plan will be deleted, but the remaining data will be retained.
Data Deletion: User data will be deleted 60 days after the cancellation of the plan.
Refunds: If EdApp discontinues any service or makes changes that reduce functionality, clients may terminate the affected services and receive a refund for any prepaid, unused fees.
