Cancellation requires notice according to the terms written in the service agreement—often specified as a set number of days (such as 30 days) prior to renewal; failure to provide notice may result in the contract auto-renewing for another term.
Early cancellation policies may include provisions for final billing of any outstanding usage or support claims, and depending on the contract, there could be early termination fees if services are ended before the full contract period concludes.
Upon termination, clients retain the right to recover and export their business data, with Knock CRM support available to facilitate the migration or transfer of records as needed for transition continuity.
The customer care team offers guidance throughout the renewal or cancellation process, ensuring clients understand timelines, costs, and requirements for either continuing or discontinuing service, including training and support during wind-down or changeover.
