Integration with Other Imagicle Solutions: Support extends to integrated products like Advanced Queueing, Attendant Console, and Smartflows, with resources available to help users maximize these combined capabilities.
Imagicle Auto Attendant employs several security measures to protect data and ensure secure communications:
Secure SIP and SRTP Support: It supports Secure SIP trunks using SIP over TLS for signaling and Secure RTP (SRTP) for encrypting the audio stream. This ensures that both call signaling and voice data are encrypted, protecting against eavesdropping and tampering during transmission.
Integration with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Security: To enable secure calls, Imagicle Auto Attendant requires configuration on CUCM, including loading Imagicle’s digital certificate (X.509), creating SIP Trunk Security Profiles with TLS enabled, and allowing only authorized encrypted traffic on specific ports (TCP 5063). This tightly integrates the Auto Attendant security with enterprise-grade call manager infrastructure.
128-bit AES Encryption for SRTP: The longest cipher key length supported for SRTP voice encryption is 128-bit AES, which is a strong encryption standard widely used for secure communications.
Mixed Secure and Non-Secure Environments Support: Imagicle Auto Attendant can operate in mixed environments where some calls are secure and others are not, by configuring separate SIP trunks and routing rules for secure and non-secure calls. This flexibility allows organizations to gradually adopt secure communications without disruption.
Certificate-Based Authentication: The system uses X.509 digital certificates for authenticating SIP trunks, ensuring that only trusted servers and devices can establish secure connections.
Imagicle’s policy on data ownership and portability for the Auto Attendant service is governed by their UCX Cloud Suite Service Agreement and related terms:
Data Ownership: The customer retains ownership of their data ("Customer Data") provided via the service. Imagicle does not acquire any rights, title, or interest in the customer’s data or intellectual property; the customer only grants a license to use the service under the agreement terms.
Data Location and Security: Customer data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) instances in regions chosen by the customer (US, Europe, Middle East, or others). Imagicle ensures the data never leaves the selected region, providing data residency and compliance with local regulations.
Data Protection: Imagicle implements industry-standard security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data, protecting it against unauthorized access, threats, or hazards.
Imagicle Auto Attendant offers flexible scaling options to match changing organizational needs, primarily based on concurrent call channels:
License Based on Concurrent Channels: The Auto Attendant license is measured by the number of concurrent call channels navigating IVR menus and options. This same license pool is shared with Imagicle Advanced Queuing, allowing dynamic allocation of channels between IVR calls and queued calls.
Scalability Up to 400 Channels per Server: Organizations can scale their Auto Attendant license up to 400 concurrent channels per server, accommodating high inbound call volumes and growing business demands.
Dynamic Channel Allocation: Because channels are shared dynamically between Auto Attendant and Advanced Queuing, the system efficiently manages resources to handle varying call loads without requiring separate licenses or manual reconfiguration.
Cloud Platform Support for Scaling: When deployed on the Imagicle UCX Cloud Platform, scaling the service based on phone traffic volume is simplified, enabling easier adjustment of capacity as call volume fluctuates.
Self-Service Management: The intuitive web interface allows administrators to add or modify IVR behaviors and call flows in real time, supporting quick adaptation to organizational changes without technical intervention.
