The Business plan, at $23 per user per month (billed annually), adds advanced features such as AI call summaries, phone menus, call transfers, and more integrations. For larger organizations with complex requirements, OpenPhone offers a customizable Enterprise plan with pricing available upon request. All plans are billed on a per-user basis, allowing for easy scalability. Additional phone numbers can be added for $5 per number per month, and international calling rates apply for calls outside the US and Canada. OpenPhone also provides a 7-day free trial for users to test the features before committing to a plan.
