   • Downgrading Plans: If an organizationneeds to scaledown, they candowngrade theirplan. The changeswill take effectat the end ofthe prepaid period, and the organizationwill still haveaccess to featuresassociated withtheir paid planuntil the endof that period.

   • Impact onFeatures: Whendowngrading, formscontaining paidfeatures willbe set to trialmode, and userswon’t be ableto publish theform or collectfurther answersunless they upgradeagain or removethe paid featuresfrom their forms.

1. Contract Renewal:

   • Automatic Renewal: Both yearly and monthly plans are recurring, meaning they will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the prepaid period.

   • Notification: Users are advised to unsubscribe before their prepaid period ends to avoid automatic renewal.

2. Cancellation:

   • Effective Date: Cancellation or downgrading becomes effective at the end of the prepaid period. For example, if a subscription is canceled on August 8, but the prepaid period ends on September 5, the user will still have access to the paid features until September 5.

   • Refund Policy: Formstack does not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the contracted period ends. Users will continue to have access to the features associated with their paid plan until the end of the prepaid period.
   • Access to Data: After downgrading or canceling a plan, users will still have access to their previously collected responses. However, forms with paid features will be closed to new responses unless the user upgrades again or removes the paid features.
